We believe accessibility and beauty can be delivered in equal measure. Our internal specifications are tailor made to each individual's specific requirements.

A Forge Living home starts at £75,000, matches the build quality of a newly build home and is offered with a 10 year warranty.

Accessibility: We work closely with occupational therapists to develop our specialised designs. Whether it’s a hydraulic entrance door, spacious washroom, automated lighting system or the way the planted grasses move in the wind, we value the small details and the difference they make.
Value: The price of a Forge is equal to 18 months in an average care facility in the UK. Forge is offered on both a sale and rental basis with finance packages available. We work to find a purchase option to suits you.
Quality and Flexibility: Each Forge is supplied with a 10 year build guarantee, is designed and manufactured in the UK and matches the quality of a new-build home. We know that things can change over time. If you no longer need the Forge, we can buy back the home and take it away just as easily as it was installed.
Installation: For the larger models planning permission may be required. From application to approval, we will take planning permission off your hands. Each Forge arrives in one delivery, and can be seamlessly installed within a working week.
Sustainabilty: We care about what makes us human. Our extremely low impact product, through its careful sourcing of materials, design, method of build and future life expectancy, achieves the highest possible standards of energy efficiency at every stage. Bring this all together and you have a building which is warm in the winter and cool in the summer without the costly bills.
Safe + Secure: Each Forge can be fitted with an alarm system, voice technology and touch sensors – alleviating worries about safety while respecting independence.
